Santa Barbara Wildfire Fire Footage

I recently joined this forum! I noticed a lot of ya guys use a lot of fancy stuff, like lenses and other expensive toys (I can not afford). But clips like this proof once again it's not how fancy your gear is, but what you actually film. Great job!!!!

This is totally true....don't get bogged down by all the wish lists, equipment lists, etc.

I myself have all kinds of cool toys, but I upgrade my package with each gig I get....alot of the equipment I have is fine and dandy, makes for amazing shots, or makes my job easier, but when it comes down to it, you could record video on a cell phone and release that if the content was good enough.

By the way Patrick...AMAZING FOOTAGE. I'm very glad you were able to document this
