Selling one excellent condition Sankor Compact Cinemascope anamorphic lens attachment. I haven't had a chance to really test it out aside from holding in front of a Super Takumar 50mm 1.4 on a GH2, which seems very sharp, but letting it go in favor of picking up a few spherical primes to round out a set. Glass is pristine, with only a tiny cleaning mark on the front element, no impact on image quality, and I couldn't even capture it in my snapshots. On two inch scrape on the outer barrel, but optically and mechanically it is perfect and cosmetically I'd rate it at a 7 or 8.

The best, easiest and most secure way is to use an anamorphic adapter clamp, the best are made by RedStan and available here. Or you can rig something up DIY style by mounting the anamorphic in a tripod collar like you might use for a big telephoto lens and mounting that seperately on rails and just butting it up to the taking lens, but you'll probably need to seal against unwanted stray light.
