GH2 Sandisk Extreme Pro vs. Transcend Class 10 UHS

It's half the price of of the Sandisk, and reviews are saying it's writing around 40-45MB/s, that should be good enough for the most intensive patches.

No...... Do yourself a favor and buy the Extreme cards rated for 90 MB/s or buy a GH3 is a better camera.

I have the 32GB version, and have used it without hiccup with FlowMotion 2 and "Apocalypse Now" hacks. I haven't found a need to spend more money on the SanDisks - like JFR mentions, spending a little more to upgrade to a GH3 or BMPCC would make more sense.

That's good to hear. I think I'll pick up the 64GB version, hopefully it can span Moon T5.

Quality control on the Transcend line is not as good as SanDisk. While Transcend is about the best of the "bargain" brands there are more complaints and reports of data loss and corruption with them than with SanDisk. A lot of people use and have good luck with Transcend, but the record is NOT up to SanDisk and Hoodman RAW.
