GH2 Samy's camera deal on GH-2 + 14-140mm - too good to be true?

[GavinGear]

I just searched Amazon:
http://www.amazon.com/gp/offer-list...p?ie=UTF8&qid=1326924701&sr=8-1&condition=new

And Samy's camera (95% positive rating) has the GH-2 + 14-140mm for $1199.00 free ship. Too good to be true? Where would you buy online?

Thanks,
Gavin

I bought it from Samys for the same price localy. Deal's legit.

[GavinGear]

So you bought it in their physical store?

Thanks,
Gavin

Yes.

Thanks, that seems like a good deal. Anyone have a better deal they know about?

Thanks,
Gavin

I've been buying at Samy's for years. I'm sure their 'online' presence is essentially the same as going to the stores, other than being able to actually see the physical item.

I bought mine online from Samy's months ago, wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

Adorama had it for $999 with coupon code in November-December.

I bought that kit from Samy's through Amazon and it arrived yesterday. All good.

If you don't need the longer lens, the 14-42mm is only $895 at BH Photo/Video and they have free shipping to the US.

I too got the package for $1199 but from BH. It afforded the fun of adding a pancake to the purchase.
