Hey there! Do you know how the "Samyang" pairs with "rokinon" in terms of coatings matching? I have a 35mm rokinon cine already, and I want to buy your 85... just since I know they're sort of the same lens, have you any experience matching samyang/rokinon branding?

As far as I know the whole rokinon/samyang/xeen line of lenses are extremely similar, if not the exact same.

I recently used the 35mm samyang with the xeen lenses on the same shoot, and it matched perfectly.
 
XEEN is supposed to be better than the regular Cine and DS cine lenses, which is why they cost $2000+ each. But Samyang makes the lenses, Rokinon sells them in the USA, as does Bowers and a few other "brand" names.
