Samsung SyncMaster 24" LCD Monitor (2443BW) Good?

I'm looking to buy a 24" lcd monitor for editing. I don't do professional work for now, so I don't have a lot of money. This one is 329$ at futureshop and I think the spec are good.

Is any of you see any flaw with this monitor if I want to do editing on it?

that is fine for editing, but don't use it for color correction

What would you recommend for color correction?

I bought a Samsung 2232, say 6 months ago, for $225- the reviews were great. I think the color accuracy is really good, much better than my old $500 Viewsonic from about two years ago.
