salvaging incomplete files

I've got a volume that was transferred using P2 Genie that has a Contents folder with only an Audio and Video file. No Clip, Icon, Proxy or Voice. Does have a last clip.txt file. As I look at the audio folder is has many .mxf files while the video folder only has 2. Any way to salvage those two files?

Not sure what happened during transfer- but cards have been wiped long ago.
