Salary vs hourly wages for crew members

Hey guys, I’m wondering how much more the DP should be paid than those below him? Let’s say your paying $350 for keys, $300 for your best boys, and $250-275 for your juicers and grips. And how much more do they make than the 1st AC? 2nd AC?
That’s supposing that the percentage difference is the same everywhere. I’m near San Francisco.
Thanks – Craig T

Experienced DP's rate on a $500k feature would be $500-800/day (maybe $1k if they are lucky). I have seen "experienced" DP make as little as $350/day but it's because their experience was in totally different field (commercials or music videos) and they wanted to have a shot at a feature. That's said it's a bit dangerous route as knowing how to make one shot awesome doesn't mean you will know how to make whole film awesome.

I see your point. I was talking with a post house, getting advice on the Red Camera and they were wanting my business and all, but all they've done are corporate commercials. They kept saying how fast they were, but I'm really looking for people with feature film credits -
