If anyone ever shopped on ebay for panasonic dvx accesories(or even googled for them) you may have run accross "saferseas.com" I foolishly purchased a ZOE zoom controller from them last year, I called and spoke to some sales rep who assured me the item was in stock and it was new and factory fresh. After giving my credit card number and paying $305.00, one day later I got an email: sorry this item is on back order. finnaly 6 weeks later it arrived: a heavily used ZOE zoom controller with nicks, and scratches, no manual and a bent jack. Lucky for me citibank stepped up and took the hit, and one of the engineers at my station fixed the plug and it works fine. So....... stay away from them no matter what!!
