Safe Zones?

Guys, I am SURE this has been discussed here before, but I just spent the last half hour going through threads, and couldn't find it.

I am working on a 16:9 720P project, and I am finding things cut-off, so I would like an overlay of action and title safe (I know there is one in the title tool) in the composer window.

Hey Brandon,

Just click on the fast menu above the timeline and select the icon with the two squares with plus sign.

Hit the hamburger menu icon; you can either pull off the palette and leave the toolbar floating, or just click the button you want, and it will then disappear. Anyway, in there, you'll see a button that looks like, well, action and title safe overlays. Hit it, and two white boxes will levitate over your record monitor.
