Selling my Soom with FSB-8. The legs are about 3 years old. It came with the FSB-6 head which I replaced last fall with the Sachtler FSB-8. Legs are in perfect shape, having been overhauled by Sachtler in October. The head is 8 months old. Comes with the standard wheeled case.
It is a perfect system for my EX-1 but just can't handle the F3 decked out with heavy lens, baseplate, Pix recorder, etc etc. The FSB-8 head is rated at 22 lbs but a heavy rig benefits more from 100mm or greater bowl rather than the 75mm bowl of the FSB-8+ Soom legs.
B&H price is $3436. I am open to offers over $2500. PayPal preferred. Photos to follow. Anyone in the greater NYC area (or anyone else who wants to travel here) may inspect.
UPS to CONUS would be $60 (I'll pick up any ground shipping over $60).
