Sachtler FSB 6 side load or snap and go

I would like to buy a Schatler FSB 6 head for my Sony EX1R and Arri MMB1 Mattte Box. I would be interested in hearing opinions on the side load vs snap and go mounts. Is finding a DV6 model a better choice than the FSB 6.

I have the side-load plate and love it. I find the extended plate gives me lots of adjustment for centering the weight of the camera when I add other accessories.

I agree i also have the side load. I use the ex1r as well with the exl96 battery and it is very beneficial at balancing and what not.

Btw did you research the arri mattebox? im in the market for one but not quite sure which one to get.
