FS7: S & Q settings and zebras

Is it possible to set up the S & Q button, or it and one of the assigned buttons so I can select from 60fps slo motion and 1fps timelapse without going into the menu settings each time?

Also, there seem to be Zebra 1 & 2 settings in the menus, which I would normally set at 70 and 90. Pushing the zebra button only brings up the 70%. How do I access zebra 2?
 
There's no such thing as a true S&Q button like how it's done on the F3. On the FS7 you have to go into the menu to change framerate. Same thing with zebras. You can select one or the other or both at the same time but it's a menu selection only.
 
That's what i was afraid of. Not sure why there would be "Zebra 1 and 2" in the menu though if you can't toggle between them with the buttons.
