My wife and I just got back from a holiday in Goa, and while there figured to shoot a little video of hooping, to test out some of the new gear I have.

Originally i brought the rx100 mark 4 to be a pocket cam when I didn't want to carry around the a7r2, but while shooting, I ended up loving how the 240fps was looking, and complements the 120fps of the a7r2 quick well. It took some getting used to the end trigger, and the 20 sec wait while it records isn't ideal, but it was pretty easy to just keep it on my wrist while I continued shooting with the other cam.

Also ended up shooting with a go pro and a handle gimbal, and i brought along a phantom 3 for the aerials.

The rx100 is now a "always in the bag" little camera for me.

The video was also featured on hooping.org, which is pretty cool. :)
