RX100 firmware V2.0 with XAVC-S

After having to buy new SDXC cards, I finally got to test out my RX10 with the new XAVC-S codec. The quality is outstanding. Is it a huge different from the AVCHD from before, probably not but it certainly has improved the camera. Not only can it take great pictures at 20MP but also great HD video at 60p with a very good codec.

Now if Avid Media Composer would allow you to create native projects at 60p in HD I would be very happy. Supposedly it is coming in 2 months. :)
