Hello Dan. It looks that this camera has a great level of resolution, the scenes are very well exposed and there is a good dr, but it also looks like there is a disturbing amount of aliasing (or is it just me?).
Maybe your vivid and +2 sharpness camera settings?
I am about to pull the trigger on an RX10, and I am a bit concerned.

Edited: first watched the clip on a crappy monitor and was disappointed, however there are no problems on a nice big screen. Looks really good!

I watched it once, read kostas comment and watched it a couple more times...can't see any defects at all. Looked great!

Hi Dan,

Great work as usual. I am loving my Sony RX 10 too. I love the quality at 60p. The colors rock.

One question that I am sure you have answered before. What type of polarizer are you using with the Sony RX 10? Thanks and keep up the great work.

Simon

Glad to hear things are looking better for you. With the exception of a clothing pattern on a previous project, moire & aliasing have not been an issue for me with the RX10.

I used a Marumi polarizer for this project and was impressed. Very thin, matte finish, and serrated edges make this polarizer very easy to handle. I'll be purchasing more of these.

Many thanks for watching and the good words.

Hi Dan. Thanks for the quick response. I am looking at amazon but I am not sure which model you are using. Is this it?

http://www.amazon.com/Marumi-Antist...4585704&sr=1-1&keywords=Marumi+polarizer+62mm

The 62mm connects to the Sony RX 10 without any issues or adaptors needed?

Thanks for your help.

Simon
