I'm looking into getting a Dell XPS, and am wondering if i get the media composer software, if it will be okay on Windows media center edition. From what i gather, the media center edition is the XP home edition with extra stuff. I already ahve avid xpress pro running on home edition service pack 2. Avid xpress pro says it need XP pro as well. So am I going to be hindered when I get Avid Media Composer if I don't spend more to get XP pro? Or will I be okay?
