Rumored camera from Panny

Did anyone see the Without a Trace (I think it was WaT, but possibly Cold Case Files) where they shot the flashback sequence using a Pixel Vision camera run through to record on film? Some of the stuff that they did was crazy. There is an American Cinematographer article on it. I suggest everyone read up so that we can stay current.

The movie "Nadja" (1994) by Director Michael Almereyda, used the PXL2000's for certain effects, like "vampire vision". Was an interesting movie....

Nadja is a great flick, if you go for dry dark humor, and one of the pixel scenes is very erotic (again, if you like it kinda weird and don't mind girl on girl, er I mean, girl on vampire), I guess that's why David Lynch was the Executive Producer.

I'll buy one of these new Panny Pixels as long as it leaks light like in that "serendipitous" way that this woman on NPR was describing the other day:

..a whole movement of toy camera aficionados!
