ROXOR-Filmpower integration 3-axis Stabilization VS DJI Osmo

Looks like Filmpower is trying to make up for what I can only presume is very lackluster sales by advertising on Indiegogo:

You have got to be kidding...

I've really tried to give some benefit of the doubt throughout this whole fiasco, but there's just no benefit i can see filmpower being worth anymore. I am still waiting on a return shipping label from them, email responses at a snails pace

I don't know what I dislike more, the product or Iriszhang.
And the whole Indiegogo thing just shows a complete lack of dignity. I'm too tired of the constant bumping of threads to even try to act polite any more- You created a **** product that nobody wants; go back to the drawing board instead of trying to shove this piece of garbage down our throats.

My part time job has become getting a refund from Film Power Inc. :undecided The latest is waiting for a $20 shipping refund (Props to Chase Card services for refunding my actual purchase price) in "exchange for removing negative reviews". I'd rather pay another $20 to warn everyone NOT to buy stuff/junk from this company. Even if you like really shitty knock-offs the risk is too high and with something new like gimbals since you are going to want to have a company that has good customer service and certainly not one that requires filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to get a refund.

You have to admire their business model:
Misrepresent during the pre-order phase ("4k")--check, ship it late-Check, get a dirty poorly assembled thing with terrible image quality and a stuck power button--Check, ask for a refund 5x--Check, take 1.5 months to return any email (till the BBB called them, Chase card called, and our forum moderator contacted them)--Check, then you will get a rude email from God-Knows-Where (maybe a basement in San Fran...maybe... if they are actually Film Power Inc.)--Check.

Moderators should step in this thread and review the terms they had with this company as a site sponsor. I stated before that their marketing is shady and methods bordering on a scam. This is specially true with regards to the ROXOR product and not so with the other item. Forum members should be protected.

It's interesting, but I don't think this is necessarily aimed at promoting the Roxor. At the bottom it says the following: FilmPower Inc. is seeking investors for help with our advertising budget and hiring of representatives in the United States market.

Which means they're probably aware of their lack of customer service.

I also asked the moderator to have Roxor removed from the ad banners. It's not fair to see a pop up ad for Roxor along side ads for Canon, DJI, RODE and other real vendors. It gives the impression that Filmpower is an actual company that is to be trusted and somehow a respected vendor when it clearly they stink. I understand that ad money is important to keep the site working but IMHO seeing "ROXOR" ads turns me off to DVXUSER and I know I'm not alone.

March 28th, ROXOR firmware will be upgrade the core part, video parameters will be up to a 4K 15fps and 2.7K 30fps 60Mbps, image quality will be improved a lot.
