However, the items are made to order, and as they are made to order there are times when more time for manufacturing is needed. As a good business practise of under-promising and over-delivering we would rather have people expect it to take from 1-2 weeks + shipping time and then have them already arrive within one week, with the occasional orders that for one reason or another using the longer cusion of time that we've left ourselves in our statement. In light of this, we of course strongly advise that people should plan on 2 weeks processing PLUS shipping time as that is what we have clearly stated, and we do not want to be harrassed about a rare order which has not arrived within a week or so. We suggest that people plan and order early as they should not draft a production schedule untill they have the equipment on hand.

to my knowledge it has only been an issue in one or two countries to which we have shipped. Off hand I cant remember which as we've shipped to seemingly everywhere around the globe, but i do know it was previous to when we began shipping the items under a listing of "parts".
