I am sending my DVX off to get a loose screen problem fixed, and will be asking for the heads to be cleaned at the same time (I tried it myself once and was disturbed by how hard it was, and by fibres that I scraped off the swab).
Is there anything else I should routinely do before a major shoot - other than lens cleaning, dust removal etc?
