Round 7 - DVXUser Photography Contest

Come on people, how hard can this competition be? Just snap a photo of yourself doing something stupid and send it in. The more people that submit the more money goes to isara.
 
Come on, just a self shot and ready to go. I haven't done anything yet cause I'm waiting for my new toy (D70) tomorrow. Then I'll spend all nite shooting! hehe

Hey everyone... Just to let you know I am heading out to help out a buddy on some post processing sound stuff so the contest pictures will not be up until tomorrow night. I know this is the second week in a row with a delay, BUT this will give you an additional 24 hours to submit your image.

I am sorry about the delay, but you just bought yourself an extra 24 hours. I will post the photos by 11PM EST tomorrow.
 
Great. I was hoping for a one day delay because in an hour I'm picking up my D70 and shooting some ideas in afternoon.
 
OK... Photos are up guys! 7 entries this week, good stuff! Sorry it took so long, I was planning on being back by 9, but had a few plans change. Cool pics everyone!
 
Great submissions everyone and thank you to Brandon for helping me get everything posted (I have been pretty slammed lately and being pulled in way too many places). I will get around to posting my comments in the next day or so, but just want to congratulate everyone on some amazing submissions (perhaps the best quality yet) as well as thank Brandon for helping me out.
 
Sorry i didnt enter, i have the perfect photo, coulda been a winner i think, but its from my Horror Fest Entry, and i decided id rather keep it a secret until we can view the movies.

Well, TODAY I finally got my hands on a good camera, a Canon EOS 20D! I shot a few shots of my buddy (and co-worker) Hank (g0ldenb0y55 on DVXuser) so since this round was about other DVXusers... I'll post a few of them online later :) Going to comment and vote on everyone's photo's tonight... been pretty busy all day.

The jack-o-lantern was added after the fact in Photoshop. The key was a 100w fresnel with full CTO, the BG light was a daylight balanced fluorescent... the booze was whiskey.:beer:

I totally missed that! Nice!

A textbook example of how good lighting can mask a crappy (now that I look at it) key.
