rotoscoping...squeeze or anamorphic?

Gunna be shooting a music video in a bit. Wondering if it would be easier to key from squeezed footage or anamorphic.

Using an anamorphic lens will give you a higher-res picture, so it'll be better for keying.

ok cool thanks. My only concern was whether of not the focus issues of the anamorphic would compromise my keying.

Not if it's in focus.

yea but you know what i mean, at certain distances the anamorphic simply will NOT focus.
