Rotate footage in compressor possible?

I'm wondering if there is a way of rotating footage 90 degrees counterclockwise in compressor?

Background info:
I have to shoot some footage for a client, the final video is supposed to be broadcast on a vertical display. I am shooting this on a 7D and transcoding the footage to Proress 4:2:2 and don't want to transcode a second time in FCP for rotating the footage since I have only 2 days for the complete post production.

MPEG Streamclip rotates footage. Free and easy to use.

I don't believe that Compressor has this parameter, but the QT 7 Pro Player export can rotate.

Thanks for your replies, instead rotating footage in post I did shoot vertical all of the footage. Editing that way was a bit stupid though (have a Macbook), no thanks from my neck
