So I have decided to start up a thread about this new short film that I am doing, titled Roses Are Red. I'll keep it pretty updated with everything that is happening in the process of this film.
The story is about two people who meet at a bus stop that sits next to a rose bush. Their relationship kicks off when the man gives the girl a rose from the bush beside them. They begin to fall deeply in love and a series of events happen that tell the story of their new life together, including their marriage. A rose is seen in most of the shots that sort of symbolizes their relationship. The man even buys a car for her so that neither of them have to take the bus anymore. They grow old together living there lives in total happiness. Until something changes it all.

We are still in pre-production and just kicked out a script. The film contains no dialogue whatsoever in it. We are thinking it will probably run for 5-6 min. We are shooting the whole thing HD on the new HPX-500's. We are still in the process of casting as well. So if there are any actors interested feel free to PM me! =)
I started up some story boards. I'm no artist but man these things really help a lot even when they're stick figures! Location pics soon!
