rokinon 14mm f2.8

it should cover fine on the 7D with minimal vignetting since it was designed for full frame.

The distortion is a bit odd with this lens: almost a moustache type. search for it on photography-on-the.net forums, they have a really good thread over there.

That being said, this is an incredible lens. Very sharp, comparable with the Canon 14mm for alot cheaper.

I would also look at the 11-16 f/2.8 from Tokina if you are looking for a UWA for your 7D.

I have the bower version of this lens. I think the same company makes these. I think it's a great lens. Its my go to lens for street photography + landscapes. Lots of reviews online.

They are all the same lens.

A koren company called Samyang is the company that designs and produces the lens (they also make a 85 1.4 that is good, and are coming out with a 35 1.4 shortly) and other companies market them under their name.

Thank you so much, I'm probably going to get it since I'm an amateur and really only interested in use for filming.
