This is the new RodeLink and it seems to work as well as the much more expensive Sennheiser G3s. Considering that Sennheiser will also be offering a wi-fi wireless kit later this year, this is up and coming technology that might end up being the only game in town. Especially since the FCC might eventually auction off most open VHF frequency blocks that are used by Sennheiser and Sony over the next five years. I tested this kit and held onto it before I could return it. I'd say the only downside is that the transmitter is larger than the G3 which is an issue for me with the kind of shooting that I'll be doing later this year. Otherwise, I found that it worked very well and the Rode lav sounds much better than the ME2 offered by Sennheiser in their kit. I threw the box away which is why the corner got dinged but the hardware has never been used in the field. I'll also throw in the Rode Invisilav for attaching lavs quickly and quietly under clothing. $350 shipped. Also would trade for a GoPro4 in similar condition. SOLD.
