I use the Rode filmmaker kit, unfortunately it can not be used with the Rode Reporter microphone without special adapted cable.

During IBC i saw a new transmitter that works with the Filmmaker kit. It is a XLR transmitter that makes all xlr microphones wireless (Like the sennheiser kit). It is not available yet, but will be cheaper than the sennheiser.

It will be sold as a kit; 'news shooter kit'

The guy at the Rode stand told me that it can be done by rewiring a mini jack to xlr (non-balanced) + down and - up middle contact none. I tried this but got only faint signal.
(tried all the possibilities)
The rode videomicpro however does work well on the wireless kit.
