hey this is a movie i filmed and edited in 1 day for a school project. That project was to show the proper arrest procedure, as you can see we got a little off track

I found it funny in the beginning, the over-the-top behavior was very comical but in the middle and end, it seems like it turned towards a more serious tone which then took me out of it.

Also, if you added some more sound effects, I think it'd be a lot better. For instance when they catch the drug lord and hit him, then when the one officer is beating him up you need some sfx (try starting them when the other cop is on the phone and we can hear it faintly in the background, that'd be good).

Lastly, the credits- put them more at the end. In the beginning it took too long to get into the story. With shorts, it's always best to have really fast credits in the beginning or even just start the story right away, no credits at all... then at the end have the credits. This way the viewer is immediately immersed in the story.

Also, at the speed you put this together, this is well done. I'd like to see what you'd come up with more planning, time to shoot, edit, ect.
