RIP: Paul C. Buff

RIP.

What a coincidence... Just earlier today I was looking at a 7' parabolic silver umbrella from Buff, and comparing it with the Westcott. Anybody in photography today owes a debt of gratitude to Paul for his pioneering focus on affordable technology.

I own four Alien Bees strobes, a Vagabond portable power supply, several umbrellas, stands, and soft boxes made by him.
