Rigging a Canon 7D to face down...?

Hello. I'm new to this forum and can't wait to participate in all the discussions.

I recently bought a canon EOS 7D and loving everything about it.

My question is probably a dumb one...but I'm having a brain freeze. I'll be shooting a short next month, and I'm going to have my actress lay down on a table. She will lay on her back...face up. It will be a tight shot of JUST her face while the scene goes on. Claustrophobic feeling I'm going for.

But how can I rig the 7D to be in a position like that? Silly question I know but I can't figure it out...I don't want to rent a jib...I don't want to get on a ladder and shoot down lol. I don't know....my brain isn't working.

ANY help is appreciated, thanks :)

Photo tripod that has a moveable shaft. Or using some grip gear you could do it pretty easily as long as you has some base that could lock the camera down to.

I made a bridge from two C stands to do this

Cstand - Knuckle Long bit of bar - knuckle - Cstand. knuck between bar and rails on camera

This pic im using the same bridge to shoot with the camera over a sink
