RGB in program monitor went away?

Just upgraded from Premiere 2014 CC to 2015 CC and noticed the little wrench in the bottom of the program window used to have a setting for RGB view. Now with 2015, the ability to see whatever the RGB values are for the current image are gone and just alpha and multi cam are there... where did it go?

The old fashioned scopes are gone and replaced by the Lumetri Scopes.
Hit the wrench in the Lumetri Scopes window.

Switch to the new Color workspace and you will find much improved scopes, which now update live.

Whoops... I had saved a custom workspace and the top "Title" bar with "Assembly, Edit, Color, Effects, Audio" was not showing in my custom edit layout. Had to manually go into workspaces/color to see it.

I take it the little box that first pops up when opening the prog is not there anymore? (when you first open premiere it says "new project" and lists all the current projects to pick from)

Mine just opens to a black screen, then you have to go File, open project, then go look for it.

There is a Welcome screen in 2015. Be sure you don't have it turned off in Preferences.
