Reverting back to the Panasonic GH2 firmware after hack

I see many people are trying the hack.
Has anyone tried reverting back to the leaked Panasonic GH2 firmware after the hack?
I understand there's a download for the leaked firmware and that's the only available version right now.
This would seem an important aspect of the GH2 hack process; being able to successfully go back if need be.
 
Yep, its no problem at all to go back, I've gone back once already to try it. You just load the base firmware into ptool, increment the version, set nothing else then save and reload into the camera. It's no biggy.

excellent, thanks. I need to give the hack a go.

I remember with the GH1 hack - Ptool wasn't needed to go back to the Pana firmware/just need the .bin.
Just for clarification; "base firmware" = "leaked firmware" available by download?
