Reverse Telecine ?

I have some footage that was shot in 1080i/24p. It was captured on a p2 card and downloaded to a hard drive without removing the advance pulldown. We just recently started capturing removing the advance pulldown and sending it through the reverse telecine in order to edit in a 24p timeline. My question is, How do I get the footage that was not captured with the advance pulldown converted to 24p in order to edit in a 24p timeline?
