Finally finishing up a short film I directed for fun.
Shot on a Canon HF100 consumer camera in one day and 3 locations,
the film was originally intended as a simple camera test to hopefully show up and coming filmmakers
not to worry about having the "latest and greatest" camera (I did put 35mm lenses in front because I prefer a shallower depth of field).
What is more important is having a decent story, decent crew and decent acting in front of it all.
In the end we liked what we saw in the footage and decided to try to make the project as good as we could by sound design, vfx, etc.
The full film should be online next week.
