Resolution of Focus Assistant - Any figures?

I wonder how well the resolution of the Focus Assistant (-Window) all alone is:

- does it use the native lcd-screen resolution

- or does it BLOW UP the lcd's pixels

(210k / 235k pixels is the count for the FULL-screens of the HVX)

if we calculate the percentage of the shown section in Focus Assistant together with it's resolution, we'll know how close it's resolution is compared to a native HD-resolution. But if the screen simply blows up all pixels like a magnifier, then all maths is for nothing... :)

Easiest solution would be, if the focus assist window would zoom exactly twice (as some sources say...) and the resolution of the screen stays the same. That would just result in a resolution twice as high as for normal picture and this would "simulate" a 420k / 470k -pixel screen .... still no HD, but much better than something over 200k pixels.

Thanks for suggestions and figures!
