Resize video help

I have a 2 minute video in Final Cut Pro, the guy I am doing it for said it has to be only 5mb, I exported using quicktime conversion and set the quality to the lowest possible, and it comes out at 26mb. What can I do or use to resize the video down to 5mb and still have decent quality?

You should be able to do this by using the H.264 codec when you are converting.
If it is an HD video, you will probably have to resize it down to SD at the very
least as well.
