Resetting the Timecode

This is a basic question but for the life of me I can't find the answer.

What is the easiest method to clear the timecode (set it back to 0's)?

Right now I am manually re-adjusting the numbers but there must be an easier way. I couldn't find the answer in Barry's book or the manual.

Button on the inside of the LCD that says reset.

For some reason that button does nothing for me. First thing I tried.

When you go into set your preset TC (Menu>?something?>TC-Preset
, Set TC, then you get a screen with counters for setting TC. Press the reset button on that screen.
