Replacing image in a bilboard in video

I have a video clip of a billboard from a car as it is moving. I need to replace the picture in the billboard with video so that it looks like the video is in the billboard. Is there an easy way to track the corners of the billboard and then assigning each of those corners to the corners of the video I want to place inside it without having to go frame by frame and moving the video with PIP?

In Avid? Not that I know of. Depending on the source image you could do this pretty quickly using the motion tracker in After Effects. The would put most of your keyframes in for you so that you'd only need to tweak.

What version of Avid? If you have the 3D warp effect, you can use "corner pin" to track the shot.

Also don't forget Boris FX if it came with your Avid (most have a version). It does a great job of this. There are tutorials on the Avid and Boris sites for just this effect.
