Replacement Zoom Pin

I have borrowed a DVX100B for a short project that I am filming in a few weeks. The camera is missing the zoom pin. Is there anyway to get a replacement pin? I think it helps control the speed of the zoom. Thanks.
 
Hello John,

The bad news: the lens only comes as an entire assembly...

The good news: they don't do anything, they're there to help with handling the ring. So it won't effect your camera.

Hi John,

I bought a replacement pin at a Panasonic servicepoint in my area.
On the package was this info:
Sparepartnumber: VHD1538 (Matsushi*a Electric Industrial Company)
Item number: S049Y700 (Matsushi*a Electric Industrial Company)

Cost me €13,- ($18,-) for the part and about €8,- ($11,-) for handling the order. And made some friends with the Multiservicepoint at the Dutch Mediaparc (where the Dutch national television centers around).

Never use the pin though :) (but it completes the DVX nicely).
