I need a couple of repairs for my 100a. I just wanted to know if anyone has had any experiences with service centers in SE Asia. Like maybe Hong Kong or Singapore? Im based in Manila, where ther is only one authorized service center. Problem is, they estimate about two months to get the necessary parts! that's why i'm considering sending my unit elsewhere. Any advice?
Also, has anyone tried ordering replacement parts directly from panasonic? there's a page on their site that lets you order parts for the dvx. everything from the xlr caps to resistors. haven;t tried to order though. they don;t seem to have any restrictions as to who can place orders.
