Renting out my HVX200

I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right forum (if I'm not please let me know a better forum to post in)

I'd like to rent out my HVX200 camera when I'm not using it, but don't know what the appropriate steps are to do that. I have it already on my home-renter's insurance, but I think that's for personal use only (I'll check into that).

But to rent it out do I need to form a business to take credit cards?

Basically, what's the best way to protect me (and my camera) along with the customer?

Thanks!

P.S. I also have a series of 1k professional Altman movie lights complete with barndoors, filter frames, scrims, adjustable stands and a wheeled carrying case (I'd like to rent that out too).

Well, you know how people are with rental cars, it won't be any different, so if this camera is your pride and joy, I'd think twice. If its just a business property, then get business insurance and don't worry.
