Render full 4K from Resolve lite 11 (not UHD)

I've just found out you can export the full 4K (4096x2048) image from Resolve 11, rather than the UHD crop - just select "render at source resolution" in the deliver panel.

I'm not sure if anyone else has discovered this, but I do suddenly feel awesome.

That is all.

Oh crud! Haha, I also bought the dongle to render out full (and recently found the "render at source resolution" but didn't know it would work without the dongle).

Nice find! Luckily I paid under $400. I'll have some pretty powerful noise reduction and motion blur effects, I suppose...

Nice! I don't expect that feature to be in the final lite version though. Maybe they forgot to disable some features in the Beta version?

me too - at least I hope so. Also you can use more than one GPU to render
with the full version. I don't whether that has changed also?

My "render at source resolution" in the delivery panel is always grayed out although I can output UHD.
I'm on windows 7. I am running Davinci Lite 11.0b1.

Full 4K would be nice but in truth, even doing UHD with black bars on the top and bottom still gives you tons of resolution to punch in on / re-crop if you are doing an HD finish.

I'm running Mac pro 8 core D500 and resolve 11 beta 2, but my "render at source resolution" is also grayed out. Any ideas? what settings are you using as export in 4K/UHD??
cheers

Make sure you have Render timeline set to "Individual source clips". Then you should be able to set Render at source resolution.

It took me awhile to figure this out. This will let you render your clips at full 4K instead of just UHD.

You may have problems getting the audio out in this mode. I'm still working on that.
