Remote start/stop/Zoom/Focus

[gunleik]

Hi.

Is there a remote device which covers these functions for e.g. a jib-shot?
I spoke with my dealer today, and their devices covered start/stop/zoom, but not focus.

Maybe the Varizoom lens controllers with extension cable(s) will do the trick for you:

or you can get the BeBob Foxi Follow Focus with iris control, and use the Libec zoom with record button: http://www.libecusa.com/zc3dv.htm

That's what I have -- love 'em!

I have the Varizoom Rocker (with the larger control wheel). It Rocks!

I did buy the varizoom VZ-RockPZFI and the optional big focus wheel from http://www.bhphotovideo.com. They did not have the extension cords so i am soldering my own.

gunleik,

I am building an affordable remote all in one box. If you want, PM me and I will let you know more. I just got a website up but I need to take some better pics.

I will try to post the site in less than a week.

BTW, I will have a killer feature that none of the other controllers will have.
