Remote for AF100 won't work.

I recently unpacked my remote control for the AF100, as I intended to remotely stop and start recording while on a jib. I could not get the remote to work at all. Fearing that the battery was dead, I bought a couple of replcements and tried them. No go!

Is there an internal setting for turning on the ability to use the remote? If not, how does one get a replacement remote? I imagine through the dealer. I purchased in about 15 months ago.

It is in Other Functions.

I always keep it off and default is off so that nothing can be triggered by mistake.
