Remote follow focus for £150/$300

very nice! Left a comment on the video as well but ya, very excited. Please please please post some info on dates/prices soon. :D

Very Exciting Pete, man i love that motor its going to swing away so easy for a lens change. Does a lemo cable come standard in your proposed kit ?

No, the plan is to supply the unit without the cable, then make you pay $500 for it Mwahahahhaha

Of course it comes with it!.

Pete.

Yeah and i'm like the cruel candy seller man dancing about in side waving stuff at you through the window.

Will open up soon...

Peter.... REALLY slick! I'm just biting at the bit to get my hands on one of these. Keep up the good work.

Video and the product looks very nice peter, just a quick question:

-Is the motor and the other accessories going to be silver colored? That might create a problem of reflection particularly for steadicam operators.

Keep up the great work!

Hi Emre,

All silver stuff in that video are proofs (to check size and machine programs) and are un-anodised. The final ones will all be anodised black of course. I do quite like the polished aluminium look, but it dosn't really have a place on film gear unfortunatly.

Incidentaly, the anodising company we are using started off about 50 years ago anodising film equipment, and it remains their speciality today, so you know your getting a good finish.

Yes, all work fine. i have some video on my camera of it working on a RED film a few weeks ago. Ran out of disk space so havn't been able to take it off yet, but will asap and will upload some video.

Pete.

Oh one other thing, I am now the proud owner of a £400 Lemo crimping tool. If you need any lemo cables making up(espeicaly 0B size) ask me, caus I wanna get my moneys worth out of this thing.

Pete.

Pete.

I'm gonna be needing a power splitter for my steadicam to run camera and the HoFo...any ideas?

Thanks for the updated video Peter. The attention to detail you've been putting in all these months really shows!
