Reliable In-Camera Playback Patch - V2 update for all GH1 & GF1

When I put the camera in creative motion picture mode, avchd, rec quality - FHD, exposure M ) outside/sunny weather, the lcd screen/viewfinder goes extremely white/bright and captures video that way. I'm getting 108 mbps overall bitrate.
It sounds like the hack installed in your camera has one or more incorrect settings. With thehttp://www.dvxuser.com/V6/showthrea...-Playback-Patch-V2-update-for-all-GH1-amp-GF1 Reliable In-Camera Playback Patch, the maximum AVCHD bitrate reported by MediaInfo should never exceed 44Mbps. I'd recommend downloading the current V2 version of this patch and using the latest version of PTool to apply it to a freshly downloaded copy of the v1.32 Panasonic GH1 firmware. I've provided links to these files in the following post: Reliable In-Camera Playback Patch

hello
i just tried your patch on a brand new gh1 but i have messages "recording stopped because your card is too slow" on lexar pro 32gb 133x class 10 are you sure it works with the latest gh1s ? (my serial is WE1BA001275) thanks and by the way congratulations for your work, it does not work for me but it seems to work for many others.
update : this was my brand new lexar pro class 10 that was ok at 17mbps but randomly failing at 44mbps, i added the benchmarks on the sd card parts of the forum, don't buy lexar ! it is unreliable as they do not test what they sell.

Yes, nothing has changed. Isn't this the fourth time you post the same message, or did I miss some? How many more threads are you gonna stick it to?

It seems this is only a problem to you or your specific situation. No, if you've read well: this is the most reliable patch there is. So you might try to think of what is specific to your situation. Perhaps the card is the problem.

Is asked you if you applied the settings manually or by reading a .ini file, but "I am disappointed it does not work".

You may even try to decrease the changed bit rates to see if that makes a difference.

But please, do not post this message anymore!

I just answered one of your many posts in another sections. Please take the time to read the how to instructions, before asking a bunch of questions. there is even a video on how to hack your gh1, and several video's and posts about settings and sd cards. everything you want to know, is covered here in the gh1 forum-please read it.
Or, just sell your camera and move on. get a camcorder that does everything automatically. it may be easier for you to operate.

sorry about the multiple posts i was looking for the most adequate place to get an answer and this seems the good place. and yes i of course applied the "setj.ini" without changing anything else (otherwise i would not refer to "40mbps high reliabity patch (v2)" as doing anything else becomes a "custom" untested and potentially unstable hack)

update : the problem came from my lexar class 10 card that worked at 17mbps but not at 44mbps, a sandisk extreme class 6 worked fine : don't buy lexar

Since you seem to be waiting right there at your keyboard, you could use the time to find the ansers yourself. They are here on the forums. If you are not willing to look, your getthing them won't be likely.

Please do not ask a question that has already been answered multiple times.
And please do not stress your urgency if you are not willing to look for anything yourself.
You seem more like someone who waited for this to happen and then let others solve the problem you created yourself.

Can't really comment about the technical aspect of this patch, but I have been using it for a couple of months now under the same conditions that would lock the old patch and I have not had a problem yet. Not a single error and the footage looks great on my 42 inch television.
