GH2 Regular Strobe or Defect?

I've been noticing on the last few shoots, my GH2 has been juttering/strobing significantly. It seems like it has almost gotten worse, I don't remember it ever being this bad. I've attached a clip shot in the 24p mode with a simple tilt. I also shot in 720 60p and got the same effect. Take a look and maybe someone can tell me if it is normal and I'm just losing my mind or if something is wrong with the camera. Thank you

This looks pretty normal for 24p digital footage. The old 24 fps rule of thumb for maximum panning speed is 7 seconds to go from one side of the frame to the other, and you appear to be in the ballpark for this. It's possible that one of the high bit rate hacks might help to smooth this motion by removing Long GOP compression from the mix, but I would not want to say for sure without testing.

Thank you for correcting me on the password. I think I was using Aquamotion or another of the related hacks on this video. I guess my confusion comes from the fact that I was getting the same kind of jutter from the 720p mode which shouldn't have much if any, if I am correct?
