Sol M. Veteran Apr 17, 2004 #4 Re: Regular 4:3 to 16:9 That's an option on widescreen televisions. They can decide whether a full frame 4:3 image should be stretched out to fill the screen or not. All you have to do is author a standard 4:3 DVD.
