I use the DVX 100a and just got the Canon XL H1 but I'll be there !
great jay.. alot of stuff we will be teaching reflects on the DVX as well.

i'm really looking forward to the opportunity to have a thoughtful conversation about the hvx200.
i went to the demo held by panasonic & njfcp user group and liked what i saw. read every review, read all the back and forth between which camera is "better".
i bought my hvx200 in jan from b&h. i truly have not put it thru it's paces but look forward to doing so in conjunction w/bootcamp. in the end, i really need to know how to best use the resources these cameras provide.
like many of us, i've shot w/most of the sd cameras-pd150/170, xl2, dvx100a. but i'm a producer who under these current market conditions find himself shooting ALL of my own "b" roll and plenty of my talking heads in the docs that i produce.
being able to know the strengths of this camera is critical. but my interest in NOT only in the HD side but also in the SD side of the camera, specifically its strength as an aquisition tool in dvcpro50 and 24psd. i'm hoping that all/many areas of this camera's abilities can be covered during the allotted time.
lastly, i'm hoping the hvx200 book might be available before the bootcamp so we can use it as a study guide and not simply as a primer.
